I have well over the minimum amount required for a payment. I was promised a payment on Novemeber 15. But my payment date says "pending." How long is Lulu going to hold on to MY money. Do I have to get a lawyer?

Hi Tod,
I'm sorry you haven't gotten paid!
One of our support team members just alerted me his post. He was worried you may not be getting emails from our support team. He emailed you a response to this issue on October 20th and just now.
You can find the contents of those emails pasted below:
Dear Tod,
I noticed your post on our Community forum and wanted to reach out to you. The reason your revenue has not been sent yet is due to a lack of remittance information for your account. At some point your account was set to business status, which allows revenue splitting among authors. You currently only have one remittance address for your account. To add secondary remission contacts/authors, go to My Lulu > Dashboard > Contact List > Add Author Contact > enter the secondary payee's information and Save.
Once you've set up your project, follow these instructions to add multiple payees:
- Go to your Project List under the My Lulu tab.
- Click the Revise icon next to the project you want to adjust.
- On the Project Details page, click the Edit button in the Creator Revenues Split field.
- The Revise Creator Revenues Split section displays a list of authors in your Contact List.
- Enter the amounts you want to distribute to the various authors.
- Click the Save button. Your Creator Revenues division will be applied to future sales of this content
If you choose to remove royalty divisions in the future, click the Delete Royalty Splits button in the Revise Royalty Split section.
After you have set royalty splits on a project, the royalties earned by each author will appear in your My Sales and Revenue Summary report when you click on Creator Revenue Split. Follow these steps to find this information:
- Go to the My Revenue section under the My Lulu tab.
- At the top of the revenue summary, click the Creator Revenue Split link.
This should allow your revenue payments to be sent out. If you have any questions about this just reply to this email. I'll be happy to clarify or assist further.
I hope this helps explain how to resolve the issue you are having and helps you get paid! Also, payments are made according to this information here: http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/Wh
Please let us know if you need anymore help!

I need to change some spelling of names. I have already hit Revise, but it keeps sending me back to Lulu questions. Do I delete the first copy that is up for sale right now? Thank You, K. C. CALHOUN

I finally got paid a lousy $35.00 for two years of my life work, after one year. I am not quite sure of this situation now. K. C.
