A little help

Recently I updated my project with a new file and asked for both a color and black and white copy and what arrived was the previous version, (which I still have on lulu).  Should I remove all the old versions and try a new project with just the file or is there another way?

When I wanted a b and w copy and a coloured I made two projects one with a PDF coloured version and one with a b and w  version. This I know will work. I gave the two versions slightly different names.

Lulu has printed different editions of my autobiography but is rejecting my most recent one. I was forced to switch technicians.   My new April 2 edition has been rejected.  My new computer technician is computer savvy but is so perplexed at this rejection that he has given up!! He is SO Discouraged with Lulu!!   I'm 85 y. o. & I DEPEND on help!   I'm in Palm Springs Calf. The title on my book is: My Disquiet Gene; it is 6 X 9, was sent to Lulu on a PDF file from In Design program.
It appears that I've lost my savvy technician and need computer help regarding printing my latest edition. THANK YOU
