ebook question and Connect ID question

Back in April, Lulu sent me an email that my poetry book was being converted to an eBook. I'm sure I saw the result in My Lulu, but now it's gone. What happened?  My non-fiction book is an eBook, and no problem with that.

Also, I KNOW I deleted my user ID in the Connect section over a year ago. I'm just now discovering it's still there, and I have no clue where to go to get rid of it. Help please!

See? Right here --it's Identifying me as Popstories, but I deleted that ID. What gives?

Send a note to Support requesting them to delete it. Provide as many details as you can to make sure they can uniquely identify it .
It may take them several days so please be patient.

But what about the eBook that's disappeared from My Lulu, and the one that should have been processed by now (Giant Steps) according to the LULU email I received in April, but it still hasn't been converted.

Where are they?
