Start the process. When you reach the cover stage you will be given the option to insert pictures in different parts of cover.

If you get stuck, you can come back here with specific questions.

You deisgn the back cover in a graphics program, and can add your pictures there.

May I recommend Serif DrawPlus - there is a free version on their website.

It is a desk-top-publishing program, but great for back covers as you can have nice text boxes.

Its also very simple to use and there are lots of video tutorials if you get stuck.

Or if you cannot yet use such a tool, just do as Maggie suggested, but make sure you photo is at least 300dpi and of the right size and shape for the frame.
