PDF for cover

I already designed a PDF cover for my ebook and would rather not try to re-create it using the cover design feature.  Is there any way to directly use a PDF file as the entire cover?

So long as the PDF contains the front, spine and back in 1 piece (and not 3 pieces, 1 each for front, back and spine), then yes you can upload the PDF. At the cover stage, there should be a link enabled bit which says "advanced cover designer". Click on that "advanced cover designer" link and you should be able to upload a 1 piece PDF

As Belinda says but to be sure.
Your eBook cover is normally just for the front cover.
A book one piece cover is for the front and rear covers plus the spine.
So you can use your existing PDF but must enlarge to add a spine and rear cover.
If you have an ISBN then you must add a barcode on the rear cover.
When you get to the cover stage in the wizard you will be given the dimensions for the cover - make sure you adhere to those.

The pdf layout for front back and spine should be easily seen on the format downloads. I downloaded the back and front pages as given only to dicover this was not for a one piece cover but for the 'other' type.
Lulu should make Clear what they want and not confuse the issue trying to cover all the bases ie: simply imagery made by non-photoshop/designer base individuals.
