Multi-format finished products

hey guys,

i am producing a book that i'd like to offer in a few different formats to allow for varying affordability. the baseline product will be premium hardcase, 12" x 12" and i'd like to offer an ebook version, an alternate cover version and a less expensive - perhaps saddle stitch version.

i expect the page count to be under 100 pages.

i cannot determine if, first of all, i can generate the same book with alternate cover options, and then offer a less expensive version (saddle stitch) wihtout having to reformat the book to a different dimension spec.

any thoughts?
