Is it possible to do a black & white hardcover printing with a color dust-jacket?

My apologies if this has already been answered, I am having difficulty locating it if it has been...

 

The book cover I am currently wanting is 99% black and white, with a touch of green in one portion.  If I do a grayscale, it will still look okay, but not as nice in my opinion...so I was just wondering.

Any book, b& w or colour, will have a cover printed on a colour press.
So the cover can be full colour or use predominately back and white but with your touch of green.
