I have three titles published through lulu. The last two have all been converted for me by lulu into eBooks and have arrived on the iTunes books store. But the first one - Feta Compli! (project no. 733993) still hasn't come up. Why? It't the oldest of my three titles and so one would presume would have been processed first, but still when I check the iTune store, only the next two are available. Plus, on my spotlight page, it's still not shown as available on the iBook store. This is frustrating since the other two titles sell every month through iTunes. Help anyone?

Yea, but all it says (for the paperback version) is...
Under the eBook version, there is no "Manage" facility offered (It has a different project ID too, as it seems do all the ebook versions).

But I've done nothing different with this book than with the other two. Lulu sent me messages saying that they were going to do the conversion to ebook/ePub (whatever!) on my behalf and that it would result in the books probably coming up as downloads for iPad etc. So how come books 2 and three came through the system OK, and I received e-mails from lulu once they were done and I found them in the iTunes Store, but book one is still nowhere to be seen. Can't help thinking that it's slipped through the net somehow.

Ken, usually you're very helpful. But this comment hints at being slightly offensive. I've done nothing different with all three books and one hasn't arrived on iTunes. I do my best to solve problems myself, and of course I've "bothered" to look through my projects list frequently and try to see in what formats etc they now appear. I am happy to admit to being slightly confused at how my project list has become quite involved, what with all the new formats. I'm no whizz kid and get a bit out of my depth trying to follow the "revise project" system. But the situation is still this:
Lulu told me (unpromted) that I needn't do anything. They'd convert my projects for me and let me know once each project was converted. if I'd originally had them available on Lulu as PDF downloads (which I did for all three books) they told me that they would do all that's involved in moving them on to epub or ebook format. As I reitereate, books 2 & 3 came through. Book 1 didn't. Each time one of those books turned up on the iTunes store I was delighted and I sing lulu's praises often, even when book 2 turned up with a basic spelling mistake in the description, something about which I'm powerless to correct (Rhodes is spelt "Rhoades"). But I still have the feeling that book one is stuck in the conversion system somewhere.

Just checked all my projects. Seems both the 2nd and 3rd books are showing as having ePub versions, but not the first one. I'm sure this was something which lulu said that they were going to do automatically, sending out an e-mail as and when each project had been set up. I received messages regarding books 2 & 3, but so far not regarding book one.
I don't think it has anything to do with Amazon, since the book sells through there as a paperback and I set up the Kindle versions for all three myself. It's the ePub version that's needed for it to turn up in iTunes' bookstore, which my 2nd and 3rd books have but not the first one.
Where's that fella Nick Pop..something or other (sorry Nick, can't remember how youy spell your surname) when you need him? He was brill whan I last had a problem and sorted it out through this forum.
