Do you have the usual Title page and Copright Page? (Such a shame coloured pages are so dear though!) (I am viewing the printed version in case you are wondering).
Page numbers? The target audience are at the age they will be learning how books work, too.
No back cover? Or is that just due to how you have set up the Preview?
