Hello.
I looked at the Preview of your printed version.
It has a nice looking cover, but flowers, not apples? 
Apple is a person? Perhaps a person should be on the cover?
I get the title, lets see how many others do.
Book innards look ok (I don't have the time to read it) but there are numbers on pages that should not have numbers. Numbering should start on the page the story starts on and end where the story ends.

The above is for Word 2007 though, so if you use an older or newer version you will have to search on youtube for one
Serif, Garamond or Times New Roman are the better fonts - the latter 2 if you plan on making it available for eBook distribution with Lulu later down the line.
To get the 'Curly' qoutation marks, you will need to switch on auto-correct in word - pain I know. Follow the instructions on how to change them here (right at the bottom): http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/change
No breaks in paragraphs, and new breaks for new dialogue as Peter and Kev said
