Striking cover and the insides avoid many of the common self-pubbers mistakes.

But - having 'written by' in front of the author is a bit twee imo as that's a given.

On the copyright page the sentence after the ISBN is split. The statement that the book is first published in ths USA seems incongrous on an obviously British book.

A table of contents without page numbers doesn't make sense to me.

(mothers' on 3rd line  page 6 should have apostrophe after the s)

Nice cover, but your title could be twice the size it is. And, yes, you shold delete the "written by". By the way, you might want to fix the line breaks on your copyright page...it took me a moment to figure out what you were talking about.
