My cache is flushed every time I close the browser, besides, I looked at the pages in Chrome and they're all still the same. I only really use Chrome to check compatability when developing websites and I've never visited Lulu with it, so it's definitely not a cache problem.

Well the links were okay yesterday afternoon but each result in a 404 error indicating it can't find the page.
Ah - I can see the problem
The link is to to Stores.lulu.com/cornovia but your spotlight is at
http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/Vibracobra23

I suggest you contact Support in the meantime I'll see what I can find out.

I finally received a reply from support. The problem occured due to my changing my username. So they advised me to change it back to "Cornovia", my original and previous username. This has, however, made absolutely no difference. The links still don't work.

I cannot comprehend why no warning whatsoever is given to members about the consequences of changes to usernames.

You should read the other post of the subject where I explain what is happening.
Nothing to do with changing username in that respect.
