MarketReach vs. ExtendedReach

I'm currently trying to decide whether or not to use either the MarketReach or ExtendedReach distribution (or neither), and there is one question I'm having trouble finding an answer for.

If I pay for MarketReach distribution, will I have to order another proof copy? I understand why I would for ExtendedReach, as that would require me to make a new revision to place the ISBN and on the copyright page, but I see no reason why MarketReach would require another revision. Most of the distribution FAQ seems to be referencing Extended and GlobalReach, honestly, so I'm not sure if the proof copy requirement applies.
