Well I'm afraid there is not much that can be done about. Shipping charges have been a subject of discussion for many years and the current ones are about the best we've seen.
People deal with the problem in two ways.
First - by using Distribution (having an ISBN & GlobalReach) where customers can buy through Amazon who normall offer much lower shipping costs as they have better arrangements due to bulk quantities with the shippers, and occasionally offer free shipping.
Second - by you buying in bulk and shipping them out your self.
There is a third way which I personally prefer as it generates more income and that is for you to take the orders, buy from your Lulu at your preferential cost and ship direct from Lulu to the customer. You can create you own website to do the marketing and take the orders.
MarketReach is something new and I don't fully understand it at the moment. I need to research it.
GlobalReach embraces the whole world and makes you book available in Amazon and other UK outlets. However you you need to purchase GloablReach and with it be given an ISBN. I don't know if you can do that after you have opted for MarketReach.
If you can't then the simple answer is create a new project that is a duplicate of the existing but with some subtle changes such as changing the cover slightly, the title etc etc to ensure it is a different publication.
