Hi,
If I live in the UK and purchase a copy of my own book, will this be sent to me from the UK or will this be sent to me from America?
I know Lulu use printers in the UK but as the shipping option was Priority Shipping (which isn't, to my knowledge, a type of postage over here), I thought I would ask all the same.
Kind Regards,
Lee

Lee,
Some formats cannot be printed using our UK print partner, but Priority Mail is the name of a shipping option on Lulu for Paperback Books, Hardcover Books & Calendars in the UK.

I apologize for my posts on this forum, my patience just broke and the frustration of not being able to communicate with a real person got to me, however it seems me losing my patience got someone to finally answer my inquiry after i was sent an autobot message this morning that i wouldn't get another response for 2-3 days. Honestly there should really be a better way for customers to get in contact with someone. Its not like i was asking about some nuance dealing with formatting the book, i paid for an order that never got shipped, and your company didn't even seem to notice that it was "lost" which worries me, im sure you guys have a large number of orders however having someone be able to respond to your "support forums" daily couldn't be that troublesome

Jacob,
I'm glad you were able to get a response to your issue and that it has been taken care of for you.
