How do I change my email address or password?

To change your Lulu email address or password:

  1. Go to My Lulu > My Account & Orders > About Me.
  2. On the right side of the page, under the Account Login section, click the Edit link to update your email address.
  3. Click Change Password and complete the fields to update your password.
  4. Click Save.
