Freezes at Cover stage

Hi,
My most recent book upload freezes at cover stage. All I get is a blank screen. I refreshed twice and went back to beginnning and still.

I installed Silverlight thinking it might help.
Now, when I click on Project, entire next page is white.
I'm told its not all of our servers, so repeating the conversion might get it through (each conversion attempt refreshes the servers, so the next attempt might send to a server that is working).
Our technical folks are looking into the cause and hopefully we'll have it back to working as expected soon!

Can you ask the promotions team to extend the free shipping coupon code due to the server issue? I really want to use it.
I wanted to use the coupon as well - I still can't load anything today.
