Formatting prior to online publicatioin

I am ready to publish online a document that has been converted to PDF format, but have forgotten how to do it. For starters I need to modify my Project List to change the Status of the document from "Draft" to "General Access," and hopefully then the categories "Manage," "View/Buy," and "Promote" will also appear. How can I do this? Thanks for this info.

  • Draft means you have not completed the Project Wizard yet.

     

    Once you have then click on the Project name in your list of Projects (My Projects area) and on the first page that opens, scroll down and you can see the distribution options. Private. General. Direct.

     

    Note that a PDF cannot have an ISBN or Distribution and will only be for sale on your Spotlight.
