Uploading Photos -- Problem
I'm in the process of uploading photos for my calendar. I've successfully uploaded some of my photos, and you can see the thumbnail picture of the uploaded photo in the upload sidebar. But there are about ten photos that, after being uploaded, only show the camera/generic image icon in the sidebar, instead of the thumbnail for that photo. I've tried to re-upload some of those, and every time I try to upload them the same thing happens. I've started a support ticket on this, but haven't gotten a response yet. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening and what I can do to fix it? Thanks.

Did you click on the photos to see if they would show? Or try dragging them to the template? Not sure unless it's a glitch or if there is a limit to how many you can upload but I don't think that's it.

I received a solution from customer support. The problem was that the images (jpegs) were saved in "progressive" format. The solution was to save them in standard format instead. It worked!
Glad you got it fixed

What is a progressive or standard - format?
My project has 11 columns of pics. The status col shows "DRAFT" for the project. The column titled "downloaded" shows that each photo of the 11 columns (there are some 200 pics) - has been downloaded on "date"... So, what am I - "progressive" or "standard" ? Also, should the status col not say UPloaded (to Lulu) instead of Downloaded?
Now: How do I proceed to make my photo project "ready"?
