The wizard overprinted my uploaded cover image with the book title and my name.
How do I edit the cover image, please?
To actually edit the image, you'll need an image editing program like Photoshop or something similar.
If you are seeing text for the title and author name overlapping your image, you may need to select the "Text" tab in the Cover step and turn this text off.
Thanks for your reply. Editing images on my computer is not a problem.
My problem is that, although I can get back to my "project" and see some Edit buttons (for pricing, etc.) there is no such button for the cover image.
(Comparing it with Amazon, Kindle publishing pages allow re-uploading of the image. I see no way to do this with Lulu.)
You'll need to create a revision and move through the steps of revising until you get to the cover step. That's where you'll need to change the text.
Found it! Many thanks for your help!
Here's a screenshot to help anyone else who is looking for it:
Remember if you upload a photo that has your text already on it, you need to delete the text boxes that the wizard puts there. Otherwise it shows up on the cover later
