My earlier problem is no problem to Lulu

I was on earlier re. botch up I had made of my personal site and book cover, or at least the spine. I was here and was advised to  contact Lulu by Glenn, which I did. Now I have to report the outcome...my problems have gone.

 

Lulu's service, in the form of Erin was simply impeccable, so professional and sympathetic. the problems have all been sorted, my money is being returned and I can now place the order again.

 

I just cannot thank the team, Glenn, Erin and everyone else who help make this company what it is...great.

 

So to you guys and the others working behind the scenes, my deepest gratitude and a HUGE thank you from across the sea in Bonnie Scotland.
