eBook Distribution Interruption for Amazon and Kobo Channels

We have currently paused sending eBooks to the Amazon/Kindle and Kobo channels for distribution.  A technical issue is causing a failure during the feed.  Our team identified a fix and is implementing this change in the next few weeks. 

 

If you have eBooks going into distribution to Amazon/Kindle and Kobo Channels, there will be a 2 week delay in availability for new titles, as well as revisions to existing titles already available.

 

If you have eBooks going into distribution outside Lulu, the Barnes & Noble Nook and Apple iBookstore titles will be sent and made available as usual.

 

Any eBooks already listed on retail sites will not be affected. Only new submissions and revisions will be temporarily delayed.

  • This issue was resolved in our 2015.24 maintenance release.

    The eBook data feed to Kindle and Kobo distribution channels was reactivated on the morning of June 10.

     

    Once again, thank you for your patience as we worked with our distribution partners to resolve this problem.
