If you've encountered this issue while converting your file, we suggest attempting to create and upload an EPUB directly to our system.
While there are a number of EPUB conversion options, Calibre (Download Here) has shown the best results for creating an EPUB for the Lulu system. Please review their extensive Help resources (Found Here) to create an EPUB 2 that our system can validate.
We've also created this Forum Thread. Post questions here and we'll do our best to respond and assist.
I have quite a few eBooks already published. All except one can be found on the iBookstore.
It's a fairly random book, since it is right smack in the middle of books I have published before and after it. It has been some time, I thought that perhaps there was a delay of processing, but I have received nothing about this book.
My book Vesuvius' Rise appears on the editing page to be on the iBookstore. It even has a button customers can click to download it, like the other books do. But iTunes does not have it in their system.
Am I missing something? Could there be a miscommunication? Do I need to fix something?
I have not gotten any feedback from them or lulu, so I don't know of any issues that might otherwise be present. If anybody has any ideas, I'm all ears.
