I am about to submit my manuscript to be published as an eBook on Lulu.com. I need to know if Lulu publishing company accepts the drawn cover images for an eBook or they accept computer-designed covers only? Can someone help me? thanks in advance!
Of course you can submit a hand-drawn cover. Totally up to you. Just make sure your cover content matches your actual title in interior file. No creative modifications in title or subitle.
thanx for the info, you've been helpful to me.
Think of it this way: Even if you draw your cover with traditional materials---pencil, pen and ink, acrylics, watercolor, etc.---the artwork will still have to be either photographed or scanned so you can make a jpeg of it. This means that in the end, it is a digital image regardless.
Does the OP mean if done by a Lulu Service or via the ePub Wizard? To me it sounds like the latter and that the OP thinks you just mail the cover in?
