Order Payment Failure

Occasionally there are issues with processing Credit Cards. A payment failure can be caused by a transmission error, incorrect billing address information, suspicion of fraud, or the charge may be blocked by your bank. 


If you receive an email telling you we were unable to authorize your payment method, click or copy and paste the link provided in the email and review the billing information you entered for your payment. The most common issue with credit card payments is a mismatch between the name and/or address as it appears on the credit card and what is entered during checkout.


Helpful Hint: If you live in an apartment or suite, enter the apartment or suite number in the second address field.


Once you have entered the correct information click the Save and Continue button.
